Chelsea will offer three young players to secure the services of Monaco striker Falcao.
Two weeks ago, reports claimed that the Blues were ready to offer Mario Pasalic and Charly Musonda to convince Monaco to sell, but L'Equipe has revealed that a new offer has been made.
The report claims that boss Jose Mourinho is ready to offer 20-year-old Nathan Ake, 19-year-old Ruben Loftus-Cheek and also 19-year-old Andreas Christensen as part of the deal that would see the striker make a move to Stamford Bridge.
At the start of the month, the Colombian confirmed that a move to the Bridge was a possibility.
"I know it has been speculated very much about Chelsea," Falcao told El Tiempo.
"I try to stay out of it. I care about working with Colombia [at this summer's Copa America] for now. That's what my agent does.
"I would like to continue in the Premier League. My future will be decided in the coming weeks."
