Chelsea are set to offer midfielder Oscar plus cash to land Paul Pogba, according to the Mirror.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri insist that the two players are not for sale but they could be tempted to negotiate a transfer, especially the Bianconeri who consider the Brazilian a main priority for the upcoming transfer window.
Pogba, 22, is available on the market for £71m with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain also interested in making a move.
Meanwhile, Barcelona presidential candidate Joan Laporta believes the Frenchman is not interested in moving to Stamford Bridge as his objective is to play for the Spanish giants in La Liga.
"Pogba would be a great signing [for Barcelona]," Laporta told Catalunya Radio.
"He really is a very strong player. He is still young and has the desire to join Barcelona.
"I have a great relationship with his agent Mino Raiola. If we decide to try to sign Pogba, he will definitely be a great intermediary."
