Real Madrid defender Kepler Laveran Lima Ferreira [Pepe] is yet to sign a new contract with the club, O Jogo has revealed.
The 32-year-old was all set to sign a new deal until June 2018 but the club is yet to offer a new contract to the Portugal international.
Manchester City and Chelsea are both monitoring the situation especially after the arrival of new coach Rafa Benitez.
His contract runs out at the end of next season and he will be free to negotiate with other clubs in January if Real Madrid don't offer a new deal.
