Arsenal and Chelsea target desperate to make Stamford Bridge move

By

Chelsea could be poised to launch a move for Stuttgart defender Antonio Rudiger, the Telegraph reports.

According to Bild Sport, the 22-year-old is desperate to leave the German side to join Premier League champions Chelsea.

But Arsenal are not ready to give up the chase.

The German is an admirer of the North London club and their style of play and boss Arsene Wenger is ready to make an official move for the player.

"I have always dreamed of the Premier League," Rudiger told Bild last year.

"I have been following Arsenal since the days of [Thierry] Henry and [Dennis] Bergkamp.

"I watch videos of Arsenal all the time on YouTube and I often wear the current Alexis Sanchez shirt.

"My heart beats for Arsenal."
