Chelsea are reportedly lining up a transfer bid for 18-year-old Partizan Belgrade winger Andrija Zivkovic, Metro reports.
Yet another youngster prematurely dubbed as "the next Messi", Zivkovic started his career as playmaker but was deployed on the right wing by former Partizan head coach Vuk Rasovic.
He played 66 games for his club, scoring 10 goals in all competitions.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the youngster is also a target for Serie A side Sampdoria.
