Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is set to sign a new four-year Chelsea contract before the start of the new season, the Daily Star has revealed.
Considered by many as one of the best managers in the world, the 52-year-old is ready to sign a new deal with the club.
He is expected to put pen to paper on a £7.5m-a-year contract in a matter of weeks.
Asked about his future last month, the Portuguese said: "I don't need a contract.
"Mr. Abramovich needs to be very calm. I am in his hands. I want to stay, I don't want to leave.
"I am not asking for a better contract. I am very, very calm. He doesn't need to be worried, he has me.
"If he wants me to stay, I'm staying. When he wants me to leave, I leave. I know he wants me next season because I am working. A ten-year contract is not important."
