Valencia have pulled out of the race to sign Marseille midfielder Giannelli Imbula after closing a deal to bring Rodrigo Caio in, Get French Football News has reported.
Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are rumoured to be interested in the player.
The Olympique de Marseille midfielder is also a target for Serie A champions Juventus and Internazionale according to reports in Italy.
It is rumoured that Internazionale directors have already met with Marseille to open negotiations.
The 22-year-old is available on the market for £18m.
