Chelsea have completed the signing of Cristian Manea from Viitorul Constanta.
The youngster was a target for Italian side Udinese but according to Romanian journalist Emanuel Rosu, the 17-year-old will sign for Jose Mourinho's side.
"Viitorul's CEO confirmed Manea's move to Chelsea and Ianis Hagi's leave for Fiorentina," Rosu wrote on Twitter.
"What a good player Chelsea bought. Cristi Manea is a fantastic talent. Can play at RB, CB and DM. Very smart, very good with the ball."
