Former Manchester United striker Falcao will be a Chelsea player next season, the Daily Star reveals.
According to the report, a Chelsea insider confirmed that boss Jose Mourinho would be delighted to add the Colombia international to his offensive department.
The 29-year-old joined the Red Devils after a number of phenomenal campaigns at Atletico Madrid and Monaco.
But he struggled to settle down in the English Premier League, scoring just 4 goals in 29 games.
"Talks have been going well and Jose [Mourinho] is still a big fan of Falcao, despite the difficult time he had at United," the source is quoted as saying.
"It looks like the deal is going to happen."
