Chelsea have joined Arsenal in the chase for Cerro Porteno's Sergio Ismael Diaz Velazquez but the youngster insists his future is at Roma.
The Daily Mail reports that his father was a guest at Stamford Bridge for the final Premier league game with Sunderland but was not impressed with the offer made by the Blues.
"My son wants to play at Roma. Their offer is more concrete than that of Chelsea," the player's father said.
The 16-year-old confirmed his future is in Italy.
"My dream is to play for Arsenal, which I've had since I was a child," he told Paraguay's RGS Radio.
"My future? I am told my transfer to Roma is all but done.
"At the moment it is still very quiet; I do not know when I will leave for Italy but in essence my move to Roma has been confirmed."
