Sporting Lisbon defensive midfielder William Carvalho will not move on the last day of this summer's transfer window.
Speaking during a press conference, the 22-year-old rubbished rumours linking him with a possible move away from Portugal.
"I have an agreement with Sporting," the player said.
"I am a Sporting player, I am happy here and I am not considering a move on the last day of the transfer window."
According to reports, Chelsea were ready to match the player's £35m buy-out clause with Arsenal and Manchester United also linked with the youngster.
