Former Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick believes Paul Pogba will not be sold this summer.
Carrick, who will become a coach at United next season after he ended his playing career, says the club should keep big players if they are to win trophies next season.
Recent reports have claimed that the Frenchman might leave if an important comes in during the summer transfer window.
But the Englishman is convinced the former Juventus man will be at the club when pre-season starts.
"Of course he's got a future, he's a big player for us, he's a great age, he's got his peak years ahead of him," the 36-year-old told Sky Sports.
"It's not even something I'd give a second thought to, to be honest.
"We're not looking at City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, anyone. We're looking at ourselves to improve, we believe we're capable of improving a lot and we'll see where that takes us."
